Russ Riggins

Russ Riggins specializes in alternative investments including media, film, television, gaming, and commercial real estate through BLVD. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce, and UCLA’s Professional Program in Screenwriting.  He also serves as the Treasurer of CAPE, the Coalition of Asian Pacifics in Entertainment, a non-profit organization that champions diversity by educating, connecting, and empowering Asian American and Pacific Islander artists and leaders in entertainment and media. On the Film and TV side, Russ has extensive experience with senior debt facilities and asset-based lending.  He has worked with a variety of independent production companies, best known for The Hitman’s Bodyguard, Olympus Has Fallen, The Expendables franchise, The Twilight Saga, and Invasion on Apple TV+.
